I take the protection of your personal data very seriously. I process your personal data in accordance with the statutory data protection regulations and this data protection declaration.

Processor, Recipient

There is no legal or contractual obligation for provision of personal data. Not providing personal data only results in you not submitting your request and me not being able to process it. You have the right to revoke your consent at any time by written notice, without the legality (the processing carried out based on consent until its revocation) being affected.

Google Webfonts

This site uses so-called web fonts to display the writing. These are provided by Monotype and Google. When you access the site, your browser loads the required web font into your browser cache, by communicating with the Google server or Monotype. This is necessary for your browser to be able to display a visually improved representation of the texts. If your browser does not support this function, a standard font from your computer will be used for display.

Google Maps

I use Google Maps (API) from Google LLC., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (“Google”) on my website. Google Maps is a web service for displaying interactive (land) maps to visually display geographical information. Using this service will show you my location and make it easier for you to get there. When you access the subpages in which the Google Maps map is integrated, information about your use of my website (such as your IP address) is transmitted to Google servers in the USA and stored there. This occurs regardless of whether Google provides a user account through which you are logged in or whether there is no user account. If you are signed in to Google, your data will be assigned directly to your account. If you do not want your profile to be associated with Google, you must log out before activating the button. Google saves your data (even for users who are not signed in) as usage profiles and evaluates them. Such an evaluation is carried out in particular in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit.f GDPR on the basis of Google's legitimate interests in the display of personalized advertising, market research and/or the needs-based design of its website. You have the right to object to the creation of these user profiles; to exercise this you must contact Google. Google LLC, based in the USA, is certified for the US-European data protection agreement “Privacy Shield”, which ensures compliance with the data protection level applicable in the EU. If you do not agree to the future transmission of your data to Google when using Google Maps, you also have the option of completely deactivating the Google Maps web service by turning off the JavaScript application in your browser. Google Maps and therefore the map display on this website then cannot be used.
